This wonderful traditional Dalmatian house, built in 1850 was renovated in 2004. The villa is situated in the charming village of Sumartin, Brac island, and offers lovely views of the village and the sea. It is also within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

The house is suitable for a group of up to six people and offers three bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), two bathrooms and one guest cloakroom and a 8m x 4m swimming pool within a large garden. This property would suit a family or group of friends perfectly.

We recommend hiring a car when renting this property. Boat hire can also be arranged locally. This island is accessed by a local ferry from Split to Supetar. For details on ferry times to the islands please visit www.jadrolinija.hr.
