35 meter motor yacht Tecnomar Velvet 35 offers fantastic lightness characteristic to an exclusive design. It has large and comfortable space at the fore and aft and the sliding roof allows for uncovering a great part of the bridge. The glass doors lead to the central saloon with separate dining area and the double side window accentuates the sensation of brightness and lightness. The hotel building is a stunning listed 19th century structure that was originally built (1895) as a school. The College Hotel and restaurant in Amsterdam pays homage to this scholastic tradition - the staff are all students of the Amsterdam Hotel Management School, Bakery and Tourism, working under the expert eye of experienced professionals.

The hotel also has spacious and stylish meeting and events spaces ideal for private meetings, dinners and weddings. The gourmet College Restaurant is well known in its own right, serving beautifully presented Dutch cuisine.

The Hotel Heritage Martinis-Marchi and the Le Chateau restaurant are in Maslinica, the westernmost village on the island of Solta. This small fishing village is virtually part of the decoration of the 300 years old castle with its 5000 m2 garden.

The castle, in which both the hotel and the restaurant are housed was originally built by the Martinis brothers in the early 18th century to help protect the island and the mainland from the pirate attacks as well as to develop a community to work on the land.

The castle has now been fully restored under the watchful guidance ofCroatian heritage achitects and advisors.

The hotel offers only six rooms, two of which are hotel suites, in the castle covering an area of 1500 square meters. The rooms/suites vary in size and are individually designed and furnished to be both true to the castel’s original designe and to offer the ultimate in quiet elegance and comfort.  The reception rooms are equally impressive while the courtyard offers an open-air, heated swimming pool. There is also a heliport is in the extensive grounds.

The restaurant terrace offers great views over the bay and as Maslinica is west-facing, it makes a perfect location for the sunset cocktails.

This 1903 Skutsje was used for the transport of wood. These days, this skutsje is ideal for a week or a weekend charter. It is well equiped to accommodate 12 persons on board and can be chartered bareboat or with crew.

It can be chartered daily, weekly or for weekends.

If the client does not possess the said certificate, he must take a skipper at extra charge. The boat must be returned clean with full tanks of petrol and water on the final Saturday morning. For all practical purposes this means that the boat should return to the marina on the Friday evening, in order to comply fully with the conditions of return.
