Göcek Hills was built in a 13-acre hillside forest. Five of those acres have been carefully developed in order to provide each villa with generous gardens and spectacular views. Each property backs onto the forest and looks out over beautiful Göcek Bay.
The villas at Göcek Hills offer the ultimate in quality accommodation. While the inspiration for their design draws on traditional, regional architecture these properties also allow for all the trimmings of contemporary living.
Each detached or semi-detached property comes fully furnished and equipped, with four or five spacious bedrooms, a swimming pool, terraces offering marvelous views, car parking space and a landscaped garden.
All villas in the project are serviced with a full back-up power generator.

PRICES
Prices shown are weekly rates. In order to have a confirmed booking, a 50% deposit must be paid on confirming the booking. The remaining amount should be paid at least five weeks before arrival date.
In case of a reservation made five weeks ahead of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid.
Early Bookings
A discount of 10% is applicable for reservations made before the 28th of February and 5% for those made before the 31st of March.

Changeover day is flexible. The villa is delivered earliest by 14:30hrs on the arrival day. The villa must be vacated latest by 11:30hrs on the departure day.
Security deposits
Our villas are delivered fully furnished and all the equipment is in good working order. To cover any possible harm, loss or damage caused by the guests, you will be required to sign a document authorizing the withdrawal of up to €550 from your credit card. If the inventory conducted when you are departing reveals no instances of loss or damage, this document will be canceled. If preferred, the security deposit can be paid in cash when confirming the reservation and refunded also in cash.
