Below are some general terms and conditions, offered by charter companies. Details vary from charter to charter. When you make your booking, Adriatic Holidays will point out which particular conditions of any charter companies apply.
The rates shown are per yacht per week and they include:
VAT, taxes, dinghy, autopilot, GPS, cooking gas, bedding, towels, permit for international waters
Outboard Engine 100 Euros per week
Skipper 120-140 Euros per day + food
Stewardess/Chef 100-120 Euros per day + food
Gennaker 80-100 Euros per week (subject to availability)
Food provisioning 30 Euros fees service charge
Final cleaning: From 100-130 Euro, depending on the size of the yacht
Discounts: Discounts will apply for early bookings, for two-week charter or more and for repeat clients.
50% upon sailing of the contract, 50% five weeks before embarkation.
Check-in: Saturday, from 06.00pm
Check-out: Saturday, until 09.00am – boat must be returned with full tanks of fuel and water
Security deposit will vary with a size of the yacht. It is payable by credit cards or cash (credit card payments not cashed unless required) directly to the charter company when checking in.
The client skipper must be in possession of a certificate of competence (internationally recognised) in order to charter a bareboat, including the licence of authorization to operate the radio-telephone station on the yacht. If the client does not possess the said certificate, he must take a skipper at extra charge. The boat must be returned clean with full tanks of petrol and water on the final Saturday morning. For all practical purposes this means that the boat should return to the marina on the Friday evening, in order to comply fully with the conditions of return.
