Amanresorts is presently working on a beautiful restoration project on the coast of Montenegro in anticipation of the launch of Aman Sveti Stefan. The resort will incorporate both the historic 15th century island of Sveti Stefan and Villa Milocer, a graceful summer residence built in 1934. Surrounded by more than 800 olive trees on 32 hectares of woodland,
the stone mansion is embraced on three sides by ancient cedar and pine forests and fronted by the pink sandy Milocer beach.
The first phase of Aman Sveti Stefan opened in December of 2008. This includes the six suites of Villa Milocer. During the summer of 2009, the complete project of Aman Sveti Stefan will be launched.
Aman Sveti Stefan is located in the centre of Montenegro’s Adriatic coastline, south of Budva and between the villages of Przno and Sveti Stefan. The site incorporates two kilometers of coastline including the pink sandy beaches of Sveti Stefan, Milocer Beach
and the famed Queen’s Beach. Both Sveti Stefan and Villa Milocer enjoy sea views and picturesque vistas of each other across the bay.
Aman Sveti Stefan will offer 55 guest rooms and suites, 47 of which are located on the island of Sveti Stefan, six suites within Villa Milocer and two one-bedroom Queen Marija Suites. Villa Milocer’s spacious rooms harmoniously blend the regal grandeur of old Europe with the comfort and style of today. All of the suites have wireless internet access and Juliet balconies with views over the sea towards Sveti Stefan or the gardens.
Prices shown are per suite per night, on Room Only basis and include 7% VAT. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and tourist tax & insurance of 1.50€ per person per day.
All rates and government taxes are subject to change without notice.
Complimentary round trip transfers from Tivat and Podgorica Airports are included.
Aman Sveti Stefan accepts a maximum of two adults per suite or two adults and one child under 12
years of age. Extra person surcharge will not apply for children under 12 years of age, and sharing with guardians.

Crewed sailing yacht ‘Fortuna’ (7 en suite cabins) is available at 15% discount on different routes throughout the summer 2010.
A five cabin gulet ‘Angelica’ is offering a 15% discount for all the 2010 bookings. This five en suite cabin gulet has been refurbished to a high standard and offers great service. We highly recommend her!
Our recommendation for a perfect holiday in Turkey: sailing the magnificent coast with masses of Greek, Roman and Lycean ruins followed by a week in Cappadocia in the Anatolian Cave Suites. This area is unique and extraordinary landscape formed from the erosion of volcanic rocks. A trip in the hot-air balloon is a must!
Adriatic Holidays and its many happy customers would like to extend the gratitude to the Captain Niksa Gluncic and his team for all their outstanding work and efforts.
