Tony and family (UK) chartered gulet Eleganza in August 2016:
In response to your email, we had a lovely time in Croatia and were generally very impressed with the country, the people, the cleanliness and the organisation after our many years spent travelling and cruising in Turkey!
Re specific comments about our trip, I comment as follows:
1- Your arrangements and assistance throughout our booking experience and getting onto the boat, arranging transfers, wine, etc. were all excellent and made the whole experience much easier and enjoyable – you gave us good advice and did everything you promised to do, very efficiently.
2- The captain and crew were excellent – Captain Mate is a legend – by far the best captain and crew we have ever had in our 16 years of cruising on gulets – they spoke good English, were very attentive but discreet and not in our way at any stage. The chef was a standing chef but he was also excellent and Mate was very pleased with him – he had only been there a few weeks!
I would certainly recommend this type of charter and use of your agency to our friends and family, it was a very good experience.
Kind regards, Tony’
Anne and family (UK) chartered gulet Eleganza in August 2014:
Our holiday was absolutely perfect! The gulet had much more deck space than I’d anticipated so everyone was able find their own little corner when they wanted to. The crew could not have been more kind and helpful and special mention must go to the chef for the superb food. He also made my friend a fantastic birthday cake.
We loved Croatia and it was very good advice to spend 2 nights in Dubrovnik and 3 in Split at the beginning and end.
I would absolutely recommend this holiday; in fact before leaving the boat we checked with the captain where else they sailed.
Thanks for all your help and advice.
Therese, Ketil and family (from Norway) chartered gulet Eleganza in July 2014:
The boat and the destinations made our weeks with Eleganza truly special, but it was the crew who made it unforgettable. We all had a wonderful time and the service and warmth from the crew was exceptional. Thank you for taking such good care of us and making this an experience of a lifetime.
… When Therese and I decided to book gulet Eleganza, we really didn’t know that we would be so utterly blown away! Eleganza is such a beautiful vessel and we have felt like royalty in the aft cabin. But what really is unique about this experience is the crew! Their willingness to help us in every way and still be truly friendly with all our guests, made this a holiday of a lifetime. Ketil‘
Diana and family (from Portugal) chartered the gulet Eleganza in June 2014:
I was going to write to you this week precisely to tell you how much we all enjoyed our holiday on the gulet, and how wonderful the journey and the crew were. I don´t think it could´ve easily been better for any of us. The gulet was super comfortable, the food absolutely wonderful (as we all told the chef), and the crew was lovely.
The two captains were very gracious hosts. We liked that Marko was flexible in the journey plan and would always engage with what we liked and preferred, rather than sticking to some set plan.
The coast from Split to Dubrovnik is beautiful. We stopped in some gorgeous places to swim and to sleep. I personally especially liked Korcula, Vis, and Sipan, but everyone had different preferences.
The general consensus was that the experience was well organised and cared for, and generally excellent on the quality front.
Thanks a lot for your work Sasha.
Wendy and Eric travelled with the gulet Eleganza in June 2012:
I know our trip on the Gulet was some weeks ago now but we only returned home last week. I wanted to write and tell you that Eric and I had an amazing time from June 23rd to June 30th on the “Eleganza” with our friends. The crew were terrific and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic chef looking after our meals. The Captain (Damiel – although I think I spelt his name wrong) was really lovely and very obliging – we would not hesitate in joining him again in the future (which we hope to do within the next couple of years).
Please pass on our sincere thanks to the crew and we look forward to seeing them some time soon. Also a big thank you to yourself for organising everything and accommodating all the changes etc prior to our departure – you have been very kind and helpful and we all appreciated it.
Kind regards, Eric & Wendy’
