Below are some general terms and conditions, offered by charter companies. Details vary from charter to charter. When you make your booking, Adriatic Holidays will point out which particular conditions of any charter companies apply.

The rates shown are per yacht per week and they include:
VAT, linen and towels, dinghy and outboard engine, autopilot (excluding Oceanis 343)
All yachts over 45ft are equipped with bow thruster.
Oceanis 54 is equipped with air-conditioning and generator.

One-way charter is posssible at an extra cost, 4 Euros per Nautical Mile.

Extras:
Skipper 150 Euros per day + provisions
Stewardess 130 Euros per day + provisions
Land transfers

Obligatory extras:
End cleaning 70 – 150 Euros per yacht (depending on the size of yacht)

Discounts:
Discounts will apply for early bookings, for two-week charters or more and for repeat clients.

Payment:
50% upon sailing of the contract, 50% five weeks before embarkation.

Check-in: Saturday, from 05.00pm
Check-out: Saturday, until 09.00am (with re entry to the base on Friday by 06.00pm)

Security deposit is between 2,000 and 3,500 Euros and it depends on size of the yacht. It is payable by credit cards or cash (credit card payments not cashed unless required) directly to the charter company when checking in. (Non-refundable security deposit option is available for some yachts and for charters no longer than two weeks.)

The client skipper must be in possession of a certificate of competence (internationally recognised) in order to charter a bareboat, including the licence of authorisation to operate the radio-telephone station on the yacht. If the client does not possess the said certificate, he must take a skipper at extra charge. The boat must be returned clean with full tanks of petrol and water on the final Saturday morning. For all practical purposes this means that the boat should return to the marina on the Friday evening, in order to comply fully with the conditions of return.
