Villa with pool in Dubrovnik

This modern, five bedroom villa is situated between Dubrovnik old town and the Lapad Bay. The position is fantastic, within walking distance of one of the most famous cities in the world, yet surrounded with a spacious garden that features a pond*, good size swimming pool and a veranda offering outdoor eating facilities for up to 10 persons with BBQ area nearby.

The veranda leads into the lounge area. There is a separate kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, on the first level, there is a double room with separate shower room and separate toilet. This bedroom leads into the rear garden. The first floor consists of four double bedrooms and two separate shower rooms.

We recommend hiring a car with this villa to enable you to explore the surrounding are as well. Please ask us for advice on itinerary. We can also arrange a day sailing trips to nearby islands – Elafiti archipelago, Mljet and Korcula.

*Pond has a warning sign denoting its presence but no fence. Guests are advised to ensure they own safety especially if traveling with young children.
