Below are some general terms and conditions, offered by charter companies. Details vary from charter to charter. When you make your booking, Adriatic Holidays will point out which particular conditions of any charter companies apply.

The rates shown are per yacht per week and they include:
VAT, final cleaning, laundry, tender, GPS plotter, outboarder and towels for boats over 40 feet.

Extras:
Skipper 120 - 150 Euros per day + provisions
Stewardess 100 - 120 Euros per day + provisions
Outboard engine 120 Euros per week
Land transfers

Obligatory extras:
Transit Log 120 Euros

Discounts:
Discounts will apply for early bookings, for two-week charter or more, for repeat clients. Our members (please see AH Club) will have additional benefits from booking with us.

Payment:
50% upon sailing of the contract, 50% 5 weeks before embarkation.

Check-in: Saturday, from 06.00pm
Check-out: Saturday, until 09.00am

Security deposit varies between 1,500 and 5,000 Euros, depending on size of the yacht. It is payable by credit cards or cash (credit card payments not cashed unless required) directly to the charter company when checking in.

The client skipper must be in possession of a certificate of competence (internationally recognised) in order to charter a bareboat, including the licence of authorization to operate the radio-telephone station on the yacht. If the client does not possess the said certificate, he must take a skipper at extra charge. The boat must be returned clean with full tanks of petrol and water on the final Saturday morning. For all practical purposes this means that the boat should return to the marina on the Friday evening, in order to comply fully with the conditions of return.

The tax of cca 1 EUR/person/day is expected to be paid in cash at one-time basis upon the arrival to any charter starting base. The payment settles the whole charter stay in Croatia.
