The “Stradun” Apartments are three excellently renovated and restored apartments (50m2 each) occupying one of Dubrovnik old stone houses (each apartment is on its own floor – first, second floor and the attic). Each apartment consists of one bedroom, open plan kitchen and lounge and a bathroom. They are self-catering accommodation located in the heart of Dubrovnik old town, just off the Stradun and its cafes. They offer a perfect base for exploring this ancient and probably one of the best preserved cities in the world.
The rates shown above are per apartment per night. The rates do not include tourist tax, currently at Euros 1 per person, per night.
Minimum rental at the above prices is three nights. For less than three nights stay a 30% surcharge applies.

Sibenik was a host to a very first gulet (and crewed charter) show in Croatia. An impressive selection of Croatian gulets was displayed on the waterfront in front of Sibenik city walls.
A five cabin gulet ‘Angelica’ is offering a 15% discount for all the 2010 bookings. This five en suite cabin gulet has been refurbished to a high standard and offers great service. We highly recommend her!
Gulet ‘Andjeo’ is immaculately kept and offers a fantastic service. This gulet now also offers an interesting itinerary on the Venice – Split – Dubrovnik route (or the other way around). Please call us for more information.
Our recommendation for a perfect holiday in Turkey: sailing the magnificent coast with masses of Greek, Roman and Lycean ruins followed by a week in Cappadocia in the Anatolian Cave Suites. This area is unique and extraordinary landscape formed from the erosion of volcanic rocks. A trip in the hot-air balloon is a must!
Adriatic Holidays and its many happy customers would like to extend the gratitude to the Captain Niksa Gluncic and his team for all their outstanding work and efforts.
