This wonderful stone villa, consisting of the main house and the additional bedroom cottages, is set within thirty thousand square metres of extensive grounds on one of the highest points of the island of Hvar. The views from the villa are fantastic. They start with the south side of the island and stretch over the islands of Scedro and Vis and the open sea. The infinity pool, right on the cliff top, is a magical addition to these views.
The closest towns are Jelsa and Vrbovska (on the north side of the island), approximately 35 minute drive, and the nearest beaches, Ivan Dolac and Zavala are 4km away. A very popular local restaurant is just 2km away.
The villa is accessed via a gravel road (off the main road, approximately 15 – 20 minutes drive). We strongly recommend hiring a 4WD vehicle while staying at the villa. Please ask for more information on car hire.
The villa offers accommodation for up to ten guests, in four bedrooms (three double and one twin) and an extra sofa bed for two guests in a twin room. Two double rooms are in the main house, on the first floor with separate entrances from outside of the house. Two additional cottages within the grounds offer a bedroom each – a large twin room (with an extra sofa bed) and a very romantic room with exposed stone walls, white beamed ceilings, a double bed and steps leading up to a raised bathroom area. All the rooms have their own bathroom facilities. Underfloor heating runs through the entire property.
The outside area offers a summer kitchen with a gas BBQ and a sink. Next to this area, there is a wonderful pergola with a table underneath that can seat up to ten guests. Further on there is a comfortable cushioned outdoor seating area where one can sit and relax with a glass of wine in the evening. In the forefront there is a magnificent infinity pool. An additional treat that comes with this villa is the vegetable garden to the rear of the property. The guests are welcome to help themselves to seasonal produce for their own use.
We highly recommend this villa not only for a wonderful holiday retreat for a large family or group of friends but it also as a venue for special occasions (birthdays, once in a lifetime family gatherings, anniversary celebrations).

Sibenik was a host to a very first gulet (and crewed charter) show in Croatia. An impressive selection of Croatian gulets was displayed on the waterfront in front of Sibenik city walls.

Our recommendation for a perfect holiday in Turkey: sailing the magnificent coast with masses of Greek, Roman and Lycean ruins followed by a week in Cappadocia in the Anatolian Cave Suites. This area is unique and extraordinary landscape formed from the erosion of volcanic rocks. A trip in the hot-air balloon is a must!
Adriatic Holidays and its many happy customers would like to extend the gratitude to the Captain Niksa Gluncic and his team for all their outstanding work and efforts.
